Usually that's a negative quote, but it's totally positive in this case. Though we didn't plan on spending quite so much on our bathroom vanities, we're glad we purchased them through Modern Bath House!! They did such an awesome job protectively packing & shipping our order I was surprised when I found a slight imperfection w/one of the cabinet doors. Before I had a chance to contact customer service, one of their reps, Gary Peters, e-mailed to make sure we were happy w/the order. When I explained the minor scratches on 1 door front & included a picture, he responded by the end of that day that the manufacturer (Fresca) would be shipping a replacement door. Two days later he e-mailed to let us know it was being shipped via FedEx & included the tracking #. After the door front arrived, he e-mailed to check on our satisfaction! In a market where most companies try to offer an insulting % off for dissatisfaction instead of fixing an issue, Modern Bath House & Gary Peters demonstrate what true customer service is!!
